Why Should You Hire Us?

“Redefining the residential real estate experience through
integrity, market knowledge, and professionalism.”

-Casa Crew Mission Statement

Of the thousands of real estate agents in Phoenix, why should you hire Justin and the Casa Crew?

“High-touch” service

The best way to explain the concept of high touch real estate service is to compare it to a retail experience.

Take Wal-Mart and Nordstrom as examples. Both sell clothes and household items, but that’s about where the similarities end.

Wal-Mart’s business model is to be the high volume, low cost leader and compete for your dollar on the basis of price. Employees are assigned to each section of the store, but you’ll often find yourself either waiting in line for help or searching high and low to locate the employee. Many budget-minded consumers are willing to sacrifice good service for lower prices.

Nordstrom’s business model is service-driven. Their sales people are highly-trained and very professional — never pushy. They try to relate to their customers in order to better meet their needs. Their philosophy is that a customized, positive experience is the key to loyal customers. Devout Nordstrom customers praise their ‘personal shopper’ experience.

Wal-Mart and Nordstrom target different customers. Each of their strengths is the other’s weakness and there’s a place for both in the retail world.

But what if you could combine the service experience of shopping at Nordstrom at a Wal-Mart value? That’s exactly what I offer for Phoenix and Scottsdale real estate services!

From me, you’ll get hands-on, knowledgeable, attentive service that’s FREE for most buyers, while sellers benefit from my full-service 6% listing program.

By offering the best of both worlds, you can think of it as the “Wal-strom” business model of real estate.

Skills and qualifications

Phoenix real estate is a high stakes business that requires ongoing experience and training to most effectively represent home buyers and sellers. I’ve continuously sought to broaden my knowledge and refine my skills through advanced training and attainment of designations and certifications to help me better serve my clients.

Master of Business Administration and professional experience
My educational background and pre-real estate professional experience set me apart from the average REALTOR®. I’ve negotiated corporate contracts, marketed products and services to large audiences, consulted to executive level professionals at Fortune 500 corporations, and been held accountable to high performance review standards.

I’ve tried to bring structured, disciplined business practices to an industry that’s notoriously reactionary. The benefit to my clients is a smoother transaction.

Designated Broker
Rigorous qualifications are required to be a Broker versus non-Broker agents. Besides a full-time experience component, Brokers must complete an additional 90 hours of classroom training, pass four 3-hour written exams, complete a Broker-specific seminar, and pass DPS background/fingerprint screening.

Designated Broker status carries additional responsibilities above and beyond those of Associate Brokers.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)

The ABR® represents the pinnacle designation for buyer representation and arms me with knowledge and tools to enhance the home purchase process.

e-PRO®
The e-PRO® certification is awarded to real estate agents that demonstrate proficiency with electronic and Internet tools and media, including marketing and communications.

The value of my e-PRO® is reflected in my detailed marketing plan, the online resources that I offer to my clients, and my adoption of technology tools such as DocuSign electronic signature service.

I put your interests first

No games.  No gimmicks.  No high pressure sales tactics.

Let’s face it. People don’t buy or sell until they have the facts to make an informed decision.  If you’re just exploring the Phoenix real estate market or trying to determine whether or not it’s a good time to sell, then my job is to provide you with expert advice and information to help you make the right decisions whether it results in a sale or not.

I’ve been referred a lot of business from prospective clients who never ended up buying or selling, but who appreciated my genuine approach.  Indeed, long term success is a byproduct of doing the right thing.

For those who are ready to buy or sell Phoenix real estate, you’ll appreciate my consultative, goals-oriented approach to getting the job done.  I’ll provide strategies that help you evaluate offers or evaluate properties until we find the right match.  Once we do, I’ll negotiate aggressively for the most favorable terms we can get. During escrow, I’ll closely manage the transaction to protect your interests.  Throughout the process, you can count on me for honest and frank advice.

I sweat the details so you don’t have to

Whether you’re buying or selling a property, I’ve built internal systems and detailed checklists to keep us on track throughout the process.

I conduct daily internal transaction reviews to ensure no details slip through the cracks.  I follow up regularly with other parties in the transaction, such as lenders, title companies, inspectors, and contractors to ensure your interests are protected.

Finally, I keep you informed every step of the way without burdening you with minutiae.  I value your time and strive the make the process as efficient as possible.

I listen to you!

After conducting dozens of interviews with clients about past experiences they’ve had with real estate agents, I have a very clear first-hand sense of what’s valuable and important to home buyers and sellers.  I’ve built a Phoenix and Scottsdale real estate practice that specifically addresses the common complaints that home buyers and sellers have with their agents. Lack of communication, poor follow-through, low quality marketing, inattentive service, etc.  You won’t use these terms to describe my service!

What motivates me to exceed your expectations?  My perspective is long term.  I look way beyond our current transaction.  After the sale has concluded, I want to be the agent you call the next time you’re in the market to buy or sell.  And I want to be the first person you think of when you hear someone say they’re interested in exploring Phoenix real estate or Scottsdale real estate.

Perhaps that’s why most of my business is repeat and referral based. Don’t take my word for it – click here to read what some clients have said about us.

I won’t “pass you around”

Many large real estate teams “pass” their clients around at various points during the process.  Lead Screeners, Office Managers, Listing Agents, Buyer Agents, Transaction Coordinators, Closing Managers, etc.

My high touch service model doesn’t involve tossing you around like a frisbee.  I’ll be your main point of contact and your advocate every step of the way.

Additional resources and service partners

A real estate transaction can involve many diverse and complex issues. Inspections, repair issues, environmental concerns, legal matters, financial and tax implications, etc.

As a Phoenix real estate expert, you can count on me to advise you as best I can in matters that relate to my field of expertise.

However, when we do encounter issues that I’m not qualified to address, I will refer you to subject matter experts who can.  I’ve spent years forging partnerships with contractors, lenders, title and escrow agencies, tax advisors, attorneys, property managers, home inspectors, etc.  Access to these specialists is part of the additional value that I bring to the sale process.

I’ll earn your business!

Whether it’s a small investment condo or a multi-million dollar Scottsdale estate home, I understand that buying or selling a home is a major step for anyone.  Don’t hire an agent to represent you until you’ve done your homework.  Interview several agents and ask them about the issues that are important to you.  Measure them not only by the tangible skills and sales tools that they bring to the table, but also their intangible assets.  You’ll want to hire an agent that you feel comfortable discussing confidential issues with and who you believe will best represent you to the other stakeholders in the transaction.

Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, or if you’re just starting out your research for Phoenix real estate, please call on me anytime.  I welcome the opportunity to earn your business!
