According to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study, Phoenix has one of the highest levels of overall customer satisfaction, along with Orange/San Diego, CA, Sacramento, CA, Inland Empire, CA, and Tampa, FL.
