Every year, tens of thousands of people from around the world flee from the demands of everyday life to be pampered at some of the Valley’s best resorts and hotels. So, what’s a Valley resident to do, take the tourist’s place in Des Moines or Cleveland? Um, no. Stay home. Well, not home exactly. But a quick trip in your car can take you the paradise around the corner. There, you can try on these deals.

Fall deals

The deal: Staycation at W Scottsdale.
W Scottsdale has a deal for Arizona residents: Pay from $199 a night and get a room, drinks for four and VIP access to bars. Available through Dec. 30.

The deal: $100 resort credit at Desert Ridge Resort.

The deal: Fall savings at Four Seasons Troon North.
The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North is offering a variety of fall packages. The “Stay Longer” deal includes a third night free with the purchase of two nights. Rates begin at $295 a night. Valid through Jan. 3. The “Experience More” package includes a $100 resort credit when you book two nights. This offer is good Nov. 29-Dec. 22.
